This website and service is operated by Exquisite Loxx. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Exquisite Loxx. Exquisite Loxx offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or booking a service with us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service, Terms), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site and clients, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking an appointment. By booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without expresswritten permission by us.
SECTION 3 - APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be blocked from booking future appointments.
SECTION 4 - LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Please communicate if you expect to be late.
SECTION 5 - HEALTH & SAFETY
For the safety of all clients and staff, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions. We reserve the right to decline service in such instances.
SECTION 6 - LIABILITY
Exquisite Loxx is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse outcomes from products or services rendered if proper information was not disclosed during the consultation. It is the clients responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
SECTION 7 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
